Wild In The Parks was born when we noticed something needed to change in the amateur skateboard contest scene. We decided to take a different path, the road less traveled, and offer something new and entirely different. For those of you that are fed up with days of 1 minute runs, over and over again, we came up with a new jam format that alleviates both stress and boredom at events. Wild In The Parks is for young up and comingskaters to come out and show their skills. Think of the event like a best trick contest; skaters are judged on the tricks they pull, never on their bails. Wild In The Parks is about giving back to the skaters. With this in mind, the series is entirely free. There are absolutely no entry fees, so anyone can enter. There are three divisions; 14 and Under, 15 and Over and Open (pro-am). Show up early to ensure a spot in the event, because they fill up quick! The Wild in the Parks is a great environment to hang out, eat some free food, skate, cheer on your friends, and go home with a ton of free prizes!
